ODF 24xSCD 19 Unequipped is a fibre optic terminal block for 19" assembly on 1 HE. ODFen has hole spacing for 24 x SC duplex or 24 x LC-quad adapters for panel mounting, with snap fixture.
ODFen is extractable to facilitate installation, cleaning and troubleshooting, and is easily pulled out after loosening two thumbscrews on the front side. In pulled-out position, full accessibility is given to the splice and distribution bay. ODFen is equipped inside with a M4 screw pin with a thumb nut for easy assembly of accessories, splice cassettes and similar, as well as 4 x self-adhesive cable holders for organising fibre loops. Alternatively, the block can be equipped with our self-adhesive smouv holder, which gives a complete and affordable solution for installation of pigtails (pre-assembled fibre pigtails) in ODFen. ODFen is made of powder-coated sheet steel and meets the RoHS directive. Eurolan Dust caps are used as ODF blind plugs for non-used holes. The Eurolan FO sleeve is a 45/60 mm protective sleeve for fibre splices.

Telecoms box 240 is a modular system of lockable enclosures made of acid-resistant stainless steel. Features high flexibility and simple handling. O-ring and V-clamp are used for sealing to guarantee tightness corresponding to IP-68. The enclosures are suitable for demanding environments, and with desiccant, the box remains moisture free even under extreme conditions. The circular shape unifies the demand for flexible and compact container with the desire to store the fibres in soft circular loops with large bending radius. Telecombox 240 is tested by Telias and complies with its joint box requirements (SOK 19850322).

T splice box is primarily intended as a line splice with branching potential. T Splice box is supplied with 2 cable grommets (manages 9 to 24 mm cable diameter) a blind fitting as well as equipment consisting of tension reliever and a fastener for multi cassettes. When branch splicing the bling fitting is replaced by the cable entry kit. For secure organisation and storage of the fibre splices use the requisite number of multi cassettes. With clamp, the box can easily be locked with padlock. Delivery includes emery cloth, desiccants, heat-shrink tubing and assembly instructions.

Holds up to 24 micro-tubes of dimensions 5/3.5mm as well as also for DB24 a micro-tube of 10/8mm. The tubes are manufactured as a low friction pipe and have an inner layer specially designed to reduce friction against the fibre. The tubes are transparent so that the components in the tube are visible. In order to identify the tubes, they have different colours and are numbered. In each tube, up to 12 fibres can be installed.
The micro-tubes are protected against water and mechanical loads by an aluminium barrier, alternatively a sealing tape, and one (DB1) or two (DB2-DB24) PE layers. For DB1, the PE layer is approx. 3mm and for other DB-configurations, the inner PE layer is 1.6 mm and the outer approx. 3mm. DB2-DB24 has a ripcord string above the inner PE layer to open the pipe without damaging the tubes.

The sealing cap is designed for gas and watertight sealing of entry points for microducts and cables in buildings. The sealing cap can be applied to the wall using the special anchor pin. In this way, it is not necessary to drill additional holes and to fasten the cover with screws. A gas and watertight seal is created using Filoform expanding PU compound type 2235. After injecting the compound, it will expand and completely harden into a strong and durable seal.
