Optic-terminal block Multiflex 24F and 48F is a versatile indoor block for termination and/or splicing of optic cables. The block can be mounted horizontally or vertically and on walls or stands, and is suited to all types of non-reinforced optic cables. The block can house two Multi cassettes for fibre splicing. The cassette can also be used for storage of open type splitters. The block has two separate sections separated by a contact panel that forms the interface between inbound and outbound connections. These constitute the block’s line side and respective client side. Both sections have a lockable cover. The line side’s cover, when folded down, acts as a workstation for splicing. The cover for the client side is removable, thus offering good accessibility for installation and servicing. The block is equipped with 10 cable entries, six at the bottom and two plugged on each side.
