Fireguard PU Foam 586 for NBS pistol is a professional fire retardant new 1-component polyurethane foam. The product has very high adhesion and insulation capabilities. With the help of the pistol, a controlled expansion which makes it simpler to apply the right amount is achieved. Fireguard PU Foam 586 can be used when the demand for fire resistance in linear joints according to EN 1366-4 is present. Typical areas of use are small holes and cracks as well as around windows and fire doors. Fireguard PU Foam 586 can be also used for installation bushings with steel pipes, when the demand for fire resistance according to EN 1366-3 is present. Does not tolerate sunshine (UV light). Contains isocyanates.
