Protective rust primer

Rust-Oleum Hard Hat rustproofing base paint penetrates into the rusty surface and prevents continued corrosion. Can be repainted after 10 minutes but within 1 hour (or alternatively after 48 hours), can be handled after 30 minutes. Designed for bare or slightly rusty steel. Lead- and chromium-free. Hazard labelling: Extremely flammable, irritant,harmful to health.
