S-KA through cut expander is a torque tightened expander for use in cracked and uncracked concrete. It can also be used for installation in homogeneous substrate as full brick (but max M8)) and natural stone. The expander is of even thickness and can therefore be installed directly through the component. It can be used indoors and in mostly dry areas.

It is useful for installation in industrial and marine environments, where possible long-term corrosion is surrounded by rules and regular controls.

S-KAH acid-resistant, through-cut expander is a torque-tightened expander for use in cracked and uncracked concrete. It can also be used for installation in homogeneous substrate as full brick (but max M8)) and natural stone. The expander is of even thickness and can therefore be installed directly through the component. It is useful for outdoor installation in adjacent to damp, as well as for installation in industrial and marine environments.

Self-undercutting hook anchor with stud bolt, nut/washer. Steel quality 8.8.

Superplus is a self-undercutting hook anchor for large loads that does not require special tools or special drills. The unique properties of Superplus are that it makes undercutting automatic just by applying the recommended tightening torque during installation. When the recommended tightening torque is achieved, the cone has slipped into the slotted part of the sleeve that is expanded and the teeth on the coupling have pierced the base material and are made the undercutting/hood effect.

Superplus has ETA approval for option 1, so it may also be used in cracked concrete (tension zone). Typical application areas are nuclear power plants, mechanical mounting, ground bolts, etc. indoors, where a high level of safety and a high tensile and transverse load capacity is demanded (safety class 3). Superplus is available in three different sizes, M8, M12, and M16, with several different setting depths. Superplus is also available in an acid-proof steel A4 version, with type approval ETA-05/0013.

Sormat ITH-Ve is an almost odourless, fast-curing injection compound with extra high performance. Injection compound ITH-Ve is suitable for use in concrete and stone. Suitable with small edge distances e.g. attachment of facade cladding, recess bars, pin bolts for steel columns and ground bolts. Can be used in damp holes and under water. Thanks to extremely little shrinkage, the compound is specially suited for injection in connection with recess with reinforcement bars. ETA approvals also apply to reinforcement bars Ø8 - 32 mm. Low VOC content. Fire class F120. Storage +5 °C...+25 °C. Temperature resistance-40 °C...+120 °C. NSF drinking water certified. LEED tested.

Leave the mixing pipe on on partially used cartridges. Replace the mixing pipe before re-use. 2 x mixing pipes are included with each cartridge. The 300 ml cartridge can be used with standard silicone gun.

Installation in solid materials: Drill a hole according to the assembly data in the table. Diamond-drilling holes must be buffed. Clean the hole carefully from drill dust with a brush and blow pump. We do not recommend cleaning the hole with water because this would double the curing time. Fill up the hole to 2/3 with injection compound. Turn down the anchor rod manually and rotate it a few times in order to make sure that the compound has been distributed around the anchor rod. Note the curing times before applying load on the anchor. Install the detail to be secured by tightening the nut to the recommended
tightening torque, which can be found in the table.

I) Open time period, before a chemical reaction (curing) starts. Curing time: before load can be applied on the anchor in a dry environment.

Multi-Monti is an innovative anchoring system for attachment in concrete and brick. Multi-Monti is a concrete screw that can be driven directly into a pre-drilled hole. The anchoring method is based on the fact that the serrated threads in the screw cut a groove in the concrete. The concrete screw’s special design means that after installation, it is free of expansion forces and can be loaded immediately. No recommended tightening step is needed for secure attachment. Multi-Monti can be used for attachment in concrete and other solid materials such as calcareous sandstone, solid brick, tile, and also in concrete cellular floors.

The values are recommended by the manufacturer. Transverse load values apply to a concrete screw without influence from the concrete edge.

Completely removable, the anchor can be used twice. Kem VE - Vinylester anchor in glass ampoule. European type-approved, ETA 06/0115 Option 8 - uncracked concrete, M8-M24.
Vinylester type of chemical anchor provides strong anchoring, without the need for cleaning afterwards, in uncracked concrete.

KEM VE is a chemical anchor for anchor bars and threaded rods. As with all chemical anchors stress forces do not form from self-anchoring in concrete, so mounting is allowed close to concrete edges. KEM also has the ability to manage dynamic loads. KEM VE can also be mounted under water. With KEM the risk of the mounting failing is minimal since the glass ampoule guarantees that the drilled hole is 100% filled for each attachment. Can also be installed at very low temperatures down to -40°C. The curing time is dependent on the concrete’s temperature (at +20°C approx. 20 minutes). Normal durability after the manufacturing date is 36 months after the manufacturing date.

Hazard labelling: Irritant

Installation in solid materials: Drill a hole according to the assembly data in the table. Diamond-drilling holes must be buffed. Clean the hole carefully from drill dust with a brush and blow-out pump. Check that the content of the capsule is liquid and moves when the capsule is hand warm. Mount in the anchor bar using a drill with both impact and rotation. Use the mounting tool (see page mounting kits). Note the curing times before applying load on the anchor. Install the detail to be secured by tightening the nut to the recommended tightening torque as shown in the table. Curing time: before load can be applied on the anchor in a dry environment.
PLEASE NOTE! Mounting in wet holes doubles the curing time.

Sormat ITH-Wi is a fast-curing two-component chemically unsaturated injection compound with good performance. ITH-Wi is developed from a special highly reactive substance which makes it possible to use in extremely low temperatures of down to -20 °C. The compound has lower viscosity (thinner fluid) than standard components in order to be possible to inject and blend with low temperatures. ITH-Wi is most suitable for concrete. Suitable with small edge distances e.g. attachment of facade cladding, recess bars, pin bolts for steel columns and ground bolts. Thanks to extremely little shrinkage, the ITH-Wi is specially suited for injection in connection with recess with reinforcement bars.

Mixing pipes are included with each cartridge. The 300 ml cartridge can be used with standard silicone gun. Larger cartridges for professional use and more extensive works.
