Melbye has produced new tools for their well covers. There are two multi tools. with 0666344 you lock up the Penta head bolt, and lift all Melbyes A15-, and B125-cover with exception for FF12267 B125- the cover, 0666287. with 0666345 you lock up the Penta head bolt, and lift all Melbyes A15-, D400-, cover and FF12267 B125- the cover, 0666287.

A popular well manufactured in HDPE, which produces a stable well, which is easy to work with. Perforation is easy using an ordinary hole saw. The well is delivered pre-instlaled from the factory. The series can be delivered in different sizes depending on the requirements, but we have the most common sizes in our product range. This is a selection of the wells we have chosen to have as standard productions, which are suitable for the Scandinavian market. The series can be delivered in different sizes as required.

These wells are cast in one unit. They are manufactured by injection moulding of HDPE (nitrogen foamed high density polyethylene). These wells withstand a vertical load of 18 tons. The well is 18"/45 cm tall. There is also a raising frame of 10"/25 cm. Suitable for both A15 and B125 installations. It is the installation environment that determines whether you need A15 (HDPE) cover or B125 (cast iron cover).

The low weight makes it easy to transport and install by hand without help from cranes or other equipment. The plastic construction is tested and FF6060 withstands a 40 ton load. There are many different sizes to choose between. Choose the right kind of cover that the installation requires - A15, B125 or D400. The A15 cover to FF6060 is manufactured in HDPE and is lockable with a Penta Head Lock. The B125 cover is manufactured in cast iron and is suitable for installation in parking areas and areas with slow moving vehicles. The B125 cover is lockable with a Penta Head Lock and has a 70mm frame. The D400 cover is manufactured in cast iron and is suitable for installations with high traffic. They come in two parts and are not lockable. Note that different installation instructions are suitable for D400 applications. With a D400-installation the three highest sections should be intact. Therefore the well should be at least 5 sections deep in such an installation.

C2 stands for Carriageway Fortress. That is, a very strong and powerful building that is intended to withstand everything! This matches C2 extremely well, it has namely been tested to withstand 60 tons. Is suitable for D400-applications, but can also be used to advantage as a loop-/splice well in the fibre network. C2 is a section well where the sections are 150mm high, but there is also a top section that measures 75mm. The latter is sealed and can only be used at the top. Manufactured by injection moulding of nitrogen foamed high density polyethylene. This makes it easy to install thanks to its low weight. Choose a two-part B125 or four-part cover D400, both of which are lockable with a Pentahead bolt. There is also a lockable inner cover for C2. It comes pre-installed in a section for simplicity’s sake and is supplemented with your own padlock.

Hexatronic NDL 10900 is an optical cable connection chamber for underground installations. It is normally used to accommodate splice closures or excess fiber optic cable. A waterproof lid with a rubber seal guarantees easy access. Horizontal and vertical reinforcements stabilize the chamber in soil and increase mechanical strength. The flat cover facilitates installation.
