Cable joint EPKJ, 1kV pa-pl. With screw joint sleeves

Use:For splicing of paper earth cable to plastic-insulated earth cable, 4-lead, 1kV.
Standard:SS 424 14 44, EBR KJ 25:99, Raychem PPS 3013.
Design:Inner and outer sleeves and sealing mouldings are expanded so that they can be applied and then heat-shrunk. The paper cable’s primary insulation is reinforced with insulating sleeves. Between these sleeves and the paper cable’s lead jacket, an adhesive-coated sealing moulding is installed so that the sleeves and the moulding together form a pressure-sealed termination on the paper side. Other sleeves are coated with adhesive that melts and seals during shrinking.
Sets with screw splice sleeves also include a folding sleeve.
