This coupling unit facilitates the filling of R290 (propane) by attaching it to one of Refco's refrigerant scales and then connecting a disposable cylinder with R290. Then you can easily regulate the refrigerant flow with the ball valve and read the drained amount of refrigerant gas on the scale on which the coupling unit is mounted.
