The new testo 565i vacuum pump performs vacuum extraction of refrigeration systems and heat pumps completely automatically thanks to the connection to the testo 552i vacuum sensor. When the desired vacuum target value is reached, the pumping stops automatically and a vacuum hold test starts simultaneously. This safely removes foreign gases and moisture, and information about the system's tightness is saved. The data logging function ensures complete documentation. This allows vacuum extractions to be carried out entirely independently.

Configuration, monitoring of real-time values, and sending of measurement reports can be easily managed via the free testo Smart App. This makes you flexible and saves valuable time.

For an optimal workflow, the testo 565i automatically establishes a Bluetooth connection to Testo's refrigeration gauges and to the testo Smart App when it is started. The pump also guarantees maximum safety at all times thanks to its compatibility with A2L and A3 refrigerants.

Samsung's latest addition to the EHS heat pump range, the EHS Mono R290, offers a new solution for residential homes. The new models use R290 as a refrigerant. R290 has a much lower global warming potential (GWP factor) of only 3 compared to the refrigerants R32 (=675) and R410A (=2,088).
EHS Mono R290 and EHS Mono R290 Pump are available in a wider range of capacities to suit the needs of different projects – 5, 8, 12, and 16 kW. The 5 and 8 kW units have a height of only 850 mm, while the larger units of 12 and 16 kW are approximately 1,000 mm. Their sleek and compact design fits in all environments.

A pressure between atmospheric pressure and 0 microns can either be read on the 5-digit screen on the vacuum meter or via Bluetooth on the mobile through the free CPS Link app. The CPS Link app has several useful functions that facilitate your work, such as a logging function, geographical location, the ability to save jobs for different customers and set high and low pressure alarms and more. The maximum permitted internal working pressure of the pipes is nominal and based on calculations of technical instructions of DKI 1/99. In the calculation, the max. working pressure was calculated from a soft annealed copper tube with Rm = 200 N/mm2 with a safety factor of 3.5 and the working temperature is at + 20° C. The calculation only includes the copper pipe, not couplings.
