D-TEK Stratus is the top model of Inficon's electronic leak detector that makes it easier than ever to find refrigerant leaks of all kinds in no time. D-TEK Stratus has two modes, a Cloud Hunting mode and a pinpoint mode. The Cloud Hunter mode is optimal to use in rooms with a lot of refrigerant gas in the air by showing the concentration of refrigerant gas in ppm on the leak detector's large color display.The closer you get to the source of the leak, the higher the concentration is displayed. The pinpoint mode is optimal to use when you are close to the leakage point as the leak detector in the classic way alerts for leakage with a color scale from green to red and a ticking sound with a frequency that indicates the concentration of the refrigerant gas. Switch between automatic and manual reset. The D-TEK Stratus has a newly developed IR sensor with the longest durability on the market that is easy to replace.
