Whipping effect loosens and lifts dirt such as dust, sand, and gravel from the car's carpets and upholstery.
Ensures comfortable use even during longer work sessions.
Delivered with a quick-connect nipple for smooth and easy use.

For the air-powered tornado gun to function optimally, a constant air pressure of 6–8 bar is required, which most standard compressors can provide.

The tornado gun consumes approximately 400 liters of air per minute. How long you can blow without interruptions at the recommended 6–8 bar depends on the compressor's air tank volume and motor output. In other words, how much air your compressor motor can produce in combination with how large the tank volume is for storing the produced air. In summary, the operating time is extended if the compressor produces and stores the same amount of air or more than the 400 l/min that the gun consumes.
Blasting Media PELA Glass Beads
PELA TOOLS
Blasting Media PELA Glass Beads
Art. no.: 36413434
Grain size: 0.10-0.25 mm
Weight: 21 kg
Glass is a blasting medium in the form of very small glass beads. The glass beads are made of soda-lime glass and have high resistance to impact and shock. The manufacturing process is carried out with great precision and careful control of bead shape and hardness, which gives the glass beads high and consistent quality. The medium is reusable. Recommended air pressure at the nozzle is 1-4 bar. This blasting medium is used for cleaning, polishing, and mold cleaning in the glass, rubber, and plastic industries.
All coatings are removed without causing any damage to the blasted surface. However, one should consider the peening effect, which can cause thin sheets to bend. Sometimes this effect is sought to avoid metal fatigue. The peening effect (shot-peening) is used to strengthen the surface of an object by hammering and compressing it. This increases the fatigue strength of components subjected to dynamic loads.
The blasting medium is very gentle on the treated material. The surface gets a semi-gloss finish after blasting. It is used for free jet blasting or suction-fed blast cabinets. Works excellently on stainless steel, glass, steel, and aluminum.

Potential health risks: There are no significant health or environmental risks. Eyes and throat may become irritated when exposed to high concentrations. Use appropriate respiratory protection and safety glasses, and wear suitable clothing.
Skin contact: Wash with soap and water. Eyes: Rinse with water. If irritation persists, contact a doctor. Handling and storage: Avoid creating dust. Spills can cause slippery floors. Keep well-cleaned. Store in closed bags or containers. Store in a cool place.

Blasting Media PELA White Aluminum Oxide

Blasting Media PELA White Aluminum Oxide
Art. no.: 36413455
White aluminum oxide is a mineral product that is chemically neutral. It is an abrasive medium for free jet blasting and blast cabinets. It does not cause any corrosion through metallic deposits on the blasted workpiece. It does not rust and does not absorb moisture. The aluminum oxide contains no free silica and therefore cannot cause silicosis. The material is suitable for hard surfaces where high precision is required.

White aluminum oxide contains less iron oxide, making it more aggressive than the brown variant. It is used for deburring and removing rust and other tough contaminants. The sharp-edged crystals maintain their effectiveness throughout their lifespan. Blasting of hard surfaces such as stainless steel, hard metal, and magnets, or materials to be used in electronics or thin materials that must not be deformed, does not result in a peening effect.

Excellent for blasting powder coatings. The surfaces become matte and rough after blasting, providing good adhesion. The medium is reusable.

Potential health risks: There are no significant health or environmental risks with intended use. Eyes and throat may become irritated when exposed to high concentrations. Prolonged skin contact can have a drying effect. Use appropriate respiratory protection, safety goggles, and nitrile gloves, and wear suitable clothing. Skin contact: Wash with soap and water. Eyes: Rinse with plenty of lukewarm water for several minutes. Keep eyelids wide apart. If irritation persists, contact a doctor. Handling and storage: Avoid creating dust. Ensure good ventilation. Prevent discharge into drains or watercourses. Store in closed bags or containers. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, tightly sealed. Protect from moisture exposure.
