Level control relay type CLP2F
Carlo Gavazzi
Level control relay type CLP2F
Art. no.: 3864382
Relay for level control of conductive liquids, 11-pins socket connection - broader sensitivity!
The relay is used for regulation of conductive liquids where the level must be between a minimum and maximum value or where a level may not be above or below a maximum. When filling, Fill is selected (left scale] on the lower dial and when emptying, Empty (right scale) is selected. If only one level is desired, for example overfilling or dry running protection, use E38 644 20 and connect the electrodes on plinth 5-7 and bridge 5-6 and 7-11 (master). 7-11 shall always be breached for a system! With a cascade connection/indication of several levels (max 7 relays), refer to the products Swedish datasheet. All relevant data and the circuit diagram are clearly marked next to the relays.
Technical data:
Relay output 1alternating contact, AC1 8 A / 250 VAC (2500 VA)
Sensor voltage max 5 VAC, 2 mA
Sensor sensitivity Mode L (low sensitivity) 250-5kohm, Mode S (standard sensitivity) 50k-500kohm, fine adjustment of the upper potentiometer (the factory setting works in most cases, that is, Mode S and max on the upper potentiometer).
Reaction time approx. 1s
Operating temperature -20º to +50º C
Indication 2 LED, green light when the control voltage is connected, yellow light when the relay is closed.
Dimensions (mm) 36x81x60
Level pilot NP632
Level pilot NP632
Art. no.: 3829201
NP 632 consists partly of a floating body with a shock-safe fixed micro-switch with switching contact function, and a freely suspended weight-loaded cable. The pilot body, cable, and weight are surrounded by a sheath of vulcanized Hypalon. The weight that is attached as vulcanized on the cable is to keep the float body submerged, then the liquid level rises up to and above the pilot. In this respect the weight functions as a sinker around which the floating body can oscillate. In the pump control the smallest connection difference is 130 mm with which only one pilot is required. For greater connection differences two pilots are required, one for the switching on and one for switching off. If several pumps are used, a single pilot can be mounted for switching off.
