Eco-Matic 5FR is an opaque, white, halogen-free, water-based elastic vinyl acetate copolymer-dispersion used in the Shot HM system for fireproofing of cable, pipe and ventilation penetrations in fire-resistant building parts. ECOMASTIC 5FR frees water, when it is exposed to high temperatures during a fire, while it forms a hard porcelain-like layer. This endothermic process effectively suppresses the heat flow to the base, delaying combustion and prevents fire spread. ECOMASTIC 5FR is elastic, waterproof, UV and oil resistant and can therefore also be used in areas with high relative humidity and high environmental impact. Registered in Basta.

Fire panel ME & MD is a mineral wool panel single-sided and double-sided respectively, coated with Ecomastic 5FR. fire-protection paint. The coating is converted to a ceramic-like shell when it is exposed to high temperatures during a fire and sustains an elastic, waterproof, UV and oil-resistant coating.
Fire panels TE & TD are mineral wool panels, single-sided and double-sided respectively, coated with Novatherm sealant 2FR-E. The exposed side is transformed into a thick foam layer when exposed to high temperatures during fire. The fine pore foam layer effectively suppresses heat flow to the base. In moist environments (RF>75%) Novatherm 2FR-E should be protected with approved topcoat. Both panels are registered in Basta.

Time saving with superior economy. Requires in many cases only half the amount of paint at the same fire classification compared to regular fire protection paint. Novatherm SP is a 1 component, bulging sealing material which has good adhesion to most surfaces. Novastripe is a strip made of the expanding sealing compound Novaflex. The sealing strip expands when it is exposed to high temperatures in the event of a fire and effectively seals any openings that may occur after the melting plastic pipe in the bushing. Able to seal plastic pipes up to Ø 125 mm. Delivered on a roll, 10 meters per roll. Fire technical class EI30 - EI120, see installation instructions what is required to meet different fire classes.

Novapipe W is a rapidly expanding pipe strangler. Easily mounts around penetrations using a velcro attachment.
When penetration into the wall, 1st Novapipe W is mounted on each side and in the case of joists the bandage is mounted only from the underside.
In the rule wall, Novapipe W is mounted in a metal mare with part number 1480041. The space around the pipe strangler is sealed (environment & sound seal) easily with Novatherm SP part number 1480017T. Pipe strangler/fire tape is used for plastic pipes, cables in bundles and or plastic pipes in bundles. E.g.: VP pipes, Tap water pipes, sewage pipes made of PVC, PE and PP etc. Novapipe W is sold in fixed sizes for pipe outer diameter up to 125mm.
APPROVAL: ETA 17/0766 for fire sealing of plastic pipes. Fire rating up to EI 120.

Complete package for installation in fire-separating solid wall / floor or rule wall. The seal is overpaintable and it is easy to supplement with more penetrations at a later stage. products are part of a system and are approved according to ETA17 / 0767 and ETA17 / 0764.

Mount board from each side in wall or floor with the help of the included joint / paint, seal with superwool and Ecomastic SP. If necessary, paint on cables / cable ladder 200mm. With painting, fire class EI120 is always achieved. For larger plastic pipes, you can supplement the system with a Novapipe S pipe sleeve and fasten it with a metal attachment.
