Master-PUR LF Trivolution. PU Suction & Transport Hose, very light, antistatic, microbe-resistant. Spiral: spring steel spiral. Wall: polyester polyurethane (according to DIN ISO 4649 more wear-resistant than polyether polyurethane). Wall thickness between the spirals approx. 0.4 - 0.5mm. Application area: Transport of fine particles, such as dust and powder. Suction & transport hose for abrasive materials, liquids, and gases. Protective hose for mechanical impact. Extraction of oil mist. Properties: Flame retardant according to DIN 26057. Flame retardant according to DIN 4102 B1, antistatic, surface resistance 10^9 Ohm, microbe-resistant, minimum bending radius, very wear-resistant and very flexible. Compressible approx. 1:5 symmetrical folds. Free from halogens. Withstands repeated bending, high tensile strength. Generally good UV and ozone resistance. Very light. Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C Peaks up to +125°C.
