Backdraft damper BASIC 2 for distribution box, is a self-acting, fire-activated immediately activated protection against the spread of fire gases in the supply air duct in FT (X) system with the fans in operation. Closes in the wrong flow direction in the ventilation duct. Design for mounting in distribution box with nipple connection. Fixation with locking strap in metal and snap lock. Particularly suitable for homes, hotels and nursing homes.
Basic is type approved by SP Swedish Technical Research Institute; type approval certificate 0016/05. Meets density class 2 according to AMA VVS & Kyl 16.
Material: Galvanized sheet steel.
