Cubitron II consists of precision moulded grinding minerals of ceramic aluminium oxide. The self sharpening triangles are worn down with time as they are used and new sharp edges are created continuously which cut like a knife through metal. The fibre pad 987C is ideal for use on stainless steel and aluminium. It works faster, has a considerably longer service life and requires less pressure than conventional fibre pads. Application areas are, for example, plate sanding, deburring and welding finish improvement. For the best results, the serrated underlay plate shall be used.
