The valve has a damper with bevelled edge which effectively cuts through different media. In the closed position, the damper is pressed against the seat, which gives a tight and reliable sealing. This special shut-off technology makes the MV valve suitable for both fluids and dry media such as paper pulp, sludge, biomass, powder and different types of waste.
