Thread seal string loctite 55

White, impregnated cord that is applied directly from a handy packaging with a built-in knife. Replaces flax, paste and tape. Gives a fast, clean and lifelong seal. Can be reversed and adjusted afterwards. Immediate sealing of threads in plumbing and industry, irrespective of the ambient temperature. Can be used to hot and cold drinks - and waste water, gas, compressed air and oil. Used on plastic, steel, brass, copper, chrome, nickel plated and galvanised surfaces stainless steel and cast-iron.
Drinking water: approved up to 85°C of WRC and fulfils BS 6920. Also drinking water approved of KTW four hot and cold water. Gas and water: approved by DVGW according to EN751-2 class Arp and DIN 30660. NSF.
