Branch form material 502, 4-wire

For sealing of branches on paper and plastic insulated cables. Included as a component in Raychem’s 1 kV splices and connectors.
The mould is expanded so that it can be applied and then shrunk with heat. It is internally coated with glue that melts at shrinkage and seals against the cable. The mould is semi-rigid with a medium-thickness wall and made of polyolefin.
Recommended use: up to 80% expanded size. The screen is folded back toward the jacket. If the shield is desired straight up through an outlet, select a mould for one additional lead."
