Spark gaps GGP 33

Spark gap is a perfect surge protector for transformers up to 315 kVA and cables with a maximum length of 50 metres. The spark gap is mounted on the upper post insulator. The holders for the spark horn are mounted in pre-punched holes on the upper contact and apparatus stand. The perch is mounted centred on the insulator. Also suitable for porcelain insulators. It is important that the spark gap is mounted and correctly adjusted to obtain the intended function. For 12kV the distance between the horns must be 40 mm and for 24kV 80 mm.
