The stainless steel tongue is permanently cast in
the nylon head and provides a superior locking of
the band in all temperatures and in all environments.
The band is continuously adjustable to any
diameter within its length and can therefore always
be tightened exactly as much as needed.
All self-locking TY-RAP bands exceed the demands
for minimum tensile strength according to MIL-S-23190 (USA)
Smooth and soft band design.
The self-locking TY-RAP band up is characterised by a
smooth and soft band design with rounded and uniform edges
profile. They have no notchesor cuts that can cause
breaks in the band during cold or dry conditions.
The smooth and even band design means that the installation
on cables and wires is not damaged.
