The cable is intended for fixed installation both indoors and outdoors in all types of spaces where operation is required during and after a fire in e.g. emergency lighting, fire alarm systems and control systems. The cable can also be routed directly in the ground. Alsecure Plus is a halogen-free, flame-retardant power cable with round or sector shape, stranded, annealed copper wire. The cable is insulated with Mica band + coloured PEX and a shield of cooper wires with counter-spiral. The cable is designed in accordance with SS 424 14 18. The lines, the wire count and resistance in accordance with IEC 60228 class 2. The parts are colour marked according to SS 424 17 20. The jacket is marked type/manufacturer/year+month/metre marking, colour orange. Alsecure Plus meets fire escalation class IEC 60332-3 Category C (F4C) and releases no corrosive gases in a fire and has low smoke development. The cable has been approved by SEMKO. LifemarkTM recycling marking: Resistant outer marking on the cable’s outer sheath. The marking specifies included plastic grades and preparation for recycling of the cable.
