Security module, Vital, only 22.5 mm wide, is the heart of a concept that means that in one and the same safety circuit one can easily install one or several different security components and still achieve safety category 4 according to EN 954-1. Vital is based on a dynamic single channel concept, unlike conventional 2-channel safety relays. Up to 30 dynamic transducers can be installed directly into the safety circuit that is monitored by just one Vital module.
