Sealants sikaflex-221

One-component, elastic, polyurethane-based. Can be sanded and repainted. Shock and vibration dampening. Fresh and salt water resistant. Temporarily resistant to petrol, oil, mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats but not against organic solvents, concentrated bases and mineral acids, asphalt and alcohol. For glueing and sealing of sheet metal, glass, wood and metal. Excellent for caulking. Cures approximately 3 mm/day at + 23° C and 50% relative humidity. Hardness Shore A 40°C. Application temperature +5°C to +40°C. Temperature resistance -40°C to +90°C. Labelling: harmful to health. Contains isocyanate. Isocyanat.
