Quarter Rod

Quarter moulding, pine, white paint. Used, for example, when you want a smooth transition between floor and threshold. The quarter moulding is usually attached with shank nails.
Triangular moulding strip, untreated pine, the profile is a right-angle triangle. The strip has many different uses, eg as a level strip, or to conceal joints in the inner corner.
Can be coated with a variety of finishes, including paint, stain, and lacquer. Triangular moulding strip is sold in descending lengths.
