The lock is opened with a hand grip, which means a safe evacuation. 179 series offers a variety of lock housing variants, which provides functional solutions for different requirements. The door can be opened from inside using the evacuation handle. Reentry is possible using the outside knob after evacuation. Authorised passage with a key is possible from both inside and outside without triggering an alarm indication. Meets the requirements of European standard SS-EN 179. Suitable lock housing: ASSA 710-50. 179A - for 50mm backset, 179B for 70mm backset. Sealing wire is available as an accessory.
