Do I need to wear protective goggles that are scratch resistant or will I only use them a few times so it doesn't matter? What temperature is it where we work? Is it a physically strenuous job, or do I need to think about fog-free frames because there are great temperature differences between indoor and outdoor working?
Another question to ask yourself is what color glass will give the best results.
If you're going to wear it with other protection, such as hearing protection, the arms may need to be thin and flexible. And above all, is there a risk of chemical splashes?
- Do they need to be scratch resistant?
- Temperature when used.
- Lighting conditions at time of use.
- Is it a physical job?
- Antistatic work?
- Rule out the presence of chemicals.
- Flexible arms (for wearing hearing protection)
- Adjustable frames
