Knauf Insulation Fire-teK® DuctProtect 30-90 C SYSTEM with mesh mat Fire-teK® WM 908 GGB / Fire-teK® WM 910 GGB has been developed for use on ventilation ducts and provides passive fire protection for circular ventilation ducts. In addition to providing relevant protection in the event of fire, they also have good thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Maximum diameter of the channel is 1000 mm.
Depending on the fire class, the system requires an insulation thickness of 40, 80 or 100 mm. Thermal conductivity (λ value) 0.040 at 50°C.

Power-teK RL220 is a light mineral wool mat that is designed for installation on e.g. accumulator tanks and other forms of cisterns. The mat is very flexible and easy to install and allows for insulation thicknesses of up to 300mm per layer. Which gives fewer layers of insulation with possible time savings as a result. The carpet is delivered in compressed rolls, which makes transport and handling of the material at the assembly site efficient.
Knauf mineral wool products are manufactured with ECOSE® Technology, a binder that has no added formaldehyde and is based on renewable bio-based ingredients instead of petroleum-based chemicals. The technology makes the products extra pleasant to handle which makes them extra installation friendly (they are soft, but flexible and give a pleasant feeling). All technical characteristics maintain a competitive level or higher. Handling, installation and fastening correspond to current market standards. ECOSE® Technology, binder without added formaldehyde provides an odorless, pleasant mineral wool with excellent fiber elasticity for a perfect fit on all types of pipes, ducts and containers.
