Unique hidden mount. Provides an invisible but very strong mount. The window reveals are to be mounted with a 2.5 -3.2 x 15 mm track. Lemafix is set in line where the reveals are to be mounted. The reveal tracks are pressed onto Lemafix. When the reveal is tapped in the right direction, it is forced against the underlay with great force. Lemafix has a sharp track which leans against the material when it is in the right direction (the direction of the track, leaning downwards = the striking distance for the reveals). Saves you time and provides a solid result. Drill dimension 6 mm.

Frame screw in untempered version for mounting in wooden joists, with nylon plug for mounting in concrete, brick or aerated concrete walls.

For fastening of window and door frames. Can be mounted without fixed studs and provides a completely adjustable and dismountable mounting without damage to rod or substrate. The mounting is easier from an insulation point of view as by using joint sealing fibre or joint sealing foam unbroken caulking is achieved. Consists of an external threaded zinc sleeve and a through steel screw that can freely rotate in the sleeve. When mounted the frame screw’s sleeve and screw sits in the substrate. By screwing on the sleeve, but not on the screw, you can adjust the frame inwards and outwards.

However, windows should not hang on only the cushions for a long time without anchoring.

Frame adjustment screw for weighing-in of window frames when installing in wood, concrete, hollow brick, etc. Installation instructions: The frame adjustment screw is screwed into the lower underlying latch to an appropriate depth. If the surface is concrete, hollow brick, etc. pre-drill the material using a 6 mm drill bit. Two screws are used when installing smaller windows. Three or more screws are used when installing larger windows and windows with dividing pillars. Weigh-in the screws and position the window in place. Make fine adjustments as necessary using a 28 mm key. Then secure the window using frame sockets or frame screws. Shell height approx. 6 mm.
