Fuse electronic 24 V DC, LutzeArt. no.: 2929270
Dwarf switches connected to 24 V DC often have difficulty tripping, especially with longer cable runs and thin cable area. The selectivity does not work and all groups fall before the circuit breaker resolves in the thermal area, which can amount to several minutes. Lutz's electronic fuse trips reliably even with long cable runs, which provides good selectivity without interruption of error-free groups. The rated current of the fuse is set using a thumb wheel under the safety cover, the current is adjustable between 1-10 A in 1 A steps. Three different characteristics can be selected using a second thumb wheel. Slow, medium and fast. The 24 V DC connection can either be made directly in each fuse, alternatively a distribution terminal with copper rail is connected. This option is recommended if many fuses are mounted next to each other. With the help of a sliding plate, the fuse is connected to the rail, when separating the sliding plate, the fuse is also galvanically isolated. The reset can be done via a button on the front (you can also manually disconnect the fuse via the button) or via remote control. When the fuse is tripped, the LED flashes red. There is also an output 24 V DC (open collector) that falls when the fuse trips, the output can be connected to a group with the help of a jumper, if one of the fuses in the group falls, you get an alarm. The door can be labeled and locked with a seal. The fuse has no galvanic isolation between input and output when connected to 24 V DC.
