Fleximark Stainless system is intended mainly for safe and durable marking of cables and components, in installations with high temperatures and in environments where traditional marking in plastic material does not meet the requirements.
Other uses can be the marking of pipes, tubes, hoses, ground-laid cables and where there are requirements that labelling should remain after a fire.
Fleximark Stainless is embossed character strips made of stainless acid-proof steel, with break instructions for each individual character. The holder has a recessed attachment for steel cable ties, combined with holes for screws or rivets.
The system makes it easy to combine and produce signs for cable and component marking on the installation site. The convex embossed text can advantageously be overcoated and can be scraped clean from soil or other dirt.
Assembly: Character plates are broken from character strips and are pushed into the PR10NM holder and then the ends are deformed with side cutting pliers or similar tool.
Start or basic assortment of Fleximark’s stainless steel acid-proof marking systems. Contains 2 strips (40 characters of A-Z, 0-9, and the characters +-/, etc. and holder.
